This depends on when the payment confirmation is received.  If payment is received later in the day, or on a weekend, it will go out the next business day.  The manufacturer is extremely efficient as this is their business.  They will not hold off on shipping your item.  They want you to be pleased and do their utmost to ensure a timely delivery.

If you elect to have the manufacturer create a custom ring, production and shipment for customized rings may take up to 10 days.

(Please remember, the ring is being made just for you. Production takes a few days and an extra day or two is required to have the independent appraisal completed.)
