Let us know what the problem is.

It may be a simple little thing that w can fix for you.
If not, we can also offer you a refund on the purchase price.

To qualify for this guarantee, all we ask is that you return the jewelry to us in the same condition as when received.






If you decide to return the item, please send it back via the INSURED courier of your choice.  (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc).  Please retain the mailing receipt.  This will protect you in case the item is lost in transit.

If the original item was paid via check or money order a refund check will be mailed to you.

If Paypal was used to pay for the item, your Paypal account will be properly credited
for any payments you have made towards the purchase price.

The credit will be made within 5 business days after receipt and verification of the merchandise.

 

Shipping/Delivery charges are not refundable.

Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned item(s) only.

If applicable, refunds will be applied to any unpaid balances due first.
